- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs,
- 1/3 cup milk,
- 1/3 cup tomato ketchup,
- 1 teaspoon salt,
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce and
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard.

Mix ingrediants and shape into patties and grill only turning once.
Bruschetta Burger
Top your burger with thickly sliced fresh tomatoes, chopped fresh basil and thick slices of fresh mozzarella on French bread spread with our garlic spread and toasted!
Chipotle Burgers
Mix 2 tbsp. Canned Chipotle peppers and mash with a fork into a puree with ½ cup of Mayonnaise. Spread Chipotle Mayo on toasted buns and top the burger with shredded cheddar cheese.
