Butcher Shop Announces new South Shore Location

Weymouth: The parent company of Hilltop Steak House and Butcher Shop, High Country Investors, Inc, has announced today that they will be relocating their Braintree Butcher Shop to the Weymouth Shopping Center on RT 18 in Weymouth, Mass in the summer of 2007.
“Our plan has always been to relocate on the South Shore when we closed our Braintree location and it just has always been a matter of finding the appropriate location and we have finally found that.†said CFO Dennis January.
“We have been overwhelmed by the emails, calls and letters from our customers on the South Shore anticipating our return and are excited to bring the old fashioned neighborhood Butcher Shop concept back into the community.†said VP of Retail Operations, John Caccavaro. He went on to say that the focus of the new location will be on providing quality meats at a great value, a concept that Hilltop started with many years ago. “We want to focus on what we do best and that is fresh cuts of meat, produce and deli. We don’t want to be your supermarket where you buy all of your household items. We want to be your full service butcher. We want to see you weekly and assist you in creating great meals for your family without breaking your wallet.†Caccavaro said.
The Hilltop Steak House and Butcher Shop occupied their location in Braintree for over 15 years and closed its doors in February to make way for a Toyota Dealership. Hilltop Steak House and Butcher Shop began in its Saugus location over 50 years ago and still operates a full service restaurant, Butcher Shop, Function Facility and caterer out of that location today. Hilltop has grown into more than just a Butcher Shop or restaurant. Their Catering Department caters cookouts all across the North and South Shore bringing Hilltop to your door.
